two American professors(James Bowers and Jetty Bowers)who are teaching in a university in shanghai are going to tour Beijing during the Natiinal Day holiday .Rome Smith ,a secretary of the Foreign Languages Department ,writes them a memo to inform them of what she has done for their hotel and train tickets reservation.Write a memo base on the following prompts
在北京的逗留期间为10月1日至10月5日；
上海到北京两人的往返车费共计2500元；
下榻饭店：四星级，一间标房，靠近北京火车站，每天350元；
火车出发时刻：9月30日下午7点（上海）；10月1日早上6点（北京）

1.The time of travel will be from October first to October fifth.
2.The transportation fee for the both of you is 2500 RMB.
3.A room at a four-star hotel near the Beijing train station has been reserved for you and it costs 350 RMB a night.
4.The departure times for the train is September 30th,7 PM (from Shanghai) and October first,6 AM (from Beijing).
