因为要向公司报销所以需要你在酒店消费的明细,但是酒店方在没有本人亲自打电话过去授权的情况下是不提供消费账单的,所以希望他能打个电话给酒店让他们把账单传真过来

To claim expenses from our company,we need a bill from the hotel you stayed with a list of expenses in detail.However,the hotel would not provide the bill unless its cutomer phone them in person and authorize it.Therefore,we would be appriciated if you can make this call and ask them to fax the bill.Thanks a lot.
