\x05本文以多元智力理论为基础,探讨了怎样的教学策略可以更好的转化不同智力结构的物理学困生.首先阐述研究意义、学困生及物理学困生的概念界定、国内外关于学困生的研究.接着介绍了传统的智力概念,着重介绍了多元智力理论的产生背景、内容、特点以及多元智力理论可以转化学困生的依据.然后通过问卷调查与访谈的方法发现物理学困生的成因是多方面的,有物理学科本身特点、学校、教师、学生、教材等方面.最后在了解学困生的优势智力与弱势智力的前提下,根据学困生的成因,以多元智力理论为指导,针对不同优势智力的学困生制定不同的转化策略与转化方法,因材施教,使他们的优势智力可以得到充分的发挥,并带动和发展他们的弱势智力,逐渐培养他们的自信心,提高他们的学习兴趣,达到使他们转化的最终目的.
\x05由于本人知识层次、科研能力有限,本研究制定的转化策略和方法有待完善；受本人时间和精力所限,此研究中所选实验样本较小,缺乏普遍性.为了更加有效的转化学困生,本人将于各科教师一起共同努力,把各个学科有机的统一起来共同提高学生的各项智力.
