1.第一句我赞成楼上的观点,因为should在剧中带有强调的语气.
2.第二句do the rounds 字面有巡视,巡逻等意思,但此处理解为审议,大概Rounds可以联系到中文中的“斡旋,周旋”之意,或者受到了英语中 round-table conference（圆桌会议）的影响,暗示会议讨论审议之意.
