You represent China National metals & Minerals Imp & Exp Corp.You're here at aiport to meet a client of yours--Mr.Axel Foley.After you meet each other and you inrtodce youself.Then you accompany him to the hotel.On the way ,you talk about the weather now in your city and you give him a brief orentation to the city or arrange his the trip.you can talk about a lot of things that cross your mind to keep the conversation going.

C:It is rainng now .Is it always like that?
H:Yes,it is.But forecast say it will be sunny tomorrow.
C:That's great!I'd like to make a field tour to a factory tomorrow if possible.
H:Mr.Foley,I 'll have it set up for you and let you know this evening.During the next few days,if you have andy questions and problems,I will be right here to help you out.
C:Thank you very much!
H:My pleasure.Mr.Foley,if you don't mind,we'd like to invite you to dinner tomorrow.Would you prefer to have western style food or Chinese food?
C:That's very kind of you Chinese food would be alright.
