摘要：不正当竞争在社会经济的各个领域普遍存在,特别是近年来随着网络信息技术的迅猛发展,不正当竞争行为有了更加广阔的生存和发展空间.由于网络的开放性和相关法律的滞后性,网络不正当竞争行为已成为阻碍网络经济进一步发展的绊脚石,网络环境下的不正当竞争行为是现实社会中不正当竞争行为在网络中的延伸,它具有隐蔽性,且危害更加深远,法律的适用也较为特殊.
本文试对网络环境下的不正当竞争问题进行全面剖析以及其法律对策研究阐述自己的观点.

摘要：不正当竞争在社会经济的各个领域普遍存在,特别是近年来随着网络信息技术的迅猛发展,不正当竞争行为有了更加广阔的生存和发展空间.由于网络的开放性和相关法律的滞后性,网络不正当竞争行为已成为阻碍网络经济进一步发展的绊脚石,网络环境下的不正当竞争行为是现实社会中不正当竞争行为在网络中的延伸,它具有隐蔽性,且危害更加深远,法律的适用也较为特殊.
本文试对网络环境下的不正当竞争问题进行全面剖析以及其法律对策研究阐述自己的观点.

Abstract:in the social economy unfair competition in all fields of universal existence,especially in recent years,along with the rapid development of information technology network ACTS of unfair competition,a broader survival and development space.Due to the network of openness and related legal lag ACTS of unfair competition,the network has become obstacles to the further development of network economy under the network environment,the unfair competition is the realistic society unfair competition in the network,it has more profound and harm,concealment,laws and special.
Under the network environment,this paper tries to the unfair competition problems and its legal countermeasure comprehensive analysis of this research.
