这是一个酒店日常接待的处理流程,单词虽然都能翻译出来但是连不成句子……请高人帮忙!
1.Reservation will pass down all reservation slips / correspondence the night before for next day's arrivals.
2.Associates are to attch all reservation forms to a blank registration card.
3.Pre-pack all registration cards with vouchers and leaflets if required.
4.Indicate / write guests' names on the registration card manually.
5.Supervisors will check all reservations,take note of all special requests from guests.Pre-block rooms for Elite Members and VIP guests.
6.Reservation with special requests will be pre-arranged before guests arrive.
7.All reservation forms / registration cards will be arranged in an alphabetical order using the arrival bucket.
8.Arrival by 6pm should be indicated by color codes.This will enable supervisors to track all these bookings espcially during a full house situation.Hence,registration cards of 6pm nature would be highlighted.
9.Supervisors should do a manual count for number of arrivals at 12pm,3pm,6pm and 9am to ensure accurate number of arrivals,are communicated to all.
