8. Miss Li: For the past I worked as a stenographer in a small firm. The pay is all right but the work is not challenging enough and I feel I am not learning very much.

10. Miss Li: I do a few shorthand, typing and filing. But I have less responsibilities than my colleagues. I would be much more better in my works if I had more duties.
11. Interviewer: So you find the work a little dull? Have you spoken to your supervisor about this?
12. MIss Li: Yes, we discussed about the matter at our last meeting but he said he could not let me to do more work unless I can carry it on efficiently. If you think I can take what it has to get this job, I am prepared to do a more challenging work.
