摘 要：中国处于社会的转型时期,突出的矛盾问题很多.中国的社会保障制度几经调整,城市居民的社会保障在极大程度上有待完善,而农民工的社会保障几乎是死角.数量庞大的农民工农民工是我国工业化和城市化发展过程中出现的特殊劳动力群体,是社会经济建设中一支重要的劳动力大军,他们为城市繁荣和农村发展作出了重大的贡献,但是却没有享受到相应的社会保障.为了促进农村剩余劳动力向城市转移、实现社会稳定和谐,他们的工作与流向对社会主义市场经济建设起到重大影响.所以,研究农民工社会保障制度与经济发展的内在关系,给予相应的构建完善对策,有助于完善社保体制削弱二元化矛盾,有助于提高公平与效率、节分配,保障农民工的切身利益,有助于社会的稳定和实现共同富裕,有助于市场经济的健康可持续发展.

Abstract: China is in Society of transition period, has many prominent contradictions problems. China's social security system adjustments for several times, it remains to improve the social security of urban residents,but the social security of peasant-worker is almost dead end. Huge number of peasant-workers are the special labor force group for labor the development of China's industrialization and urbanization processes, is an important labor force in social and economic construction, they made a major contribution to city and rural development and prosperity, but they did not enjoy the corresponding social security. In order to facilitate the surplus rural labor transfer to cities,to achieve social stability and harmony, their work and flow direction has played a significant impact in the construction of the socialist market economy. Therefore, studying the migrant workers social security system and the inherent economic development relationship, giving the corresponding construction perfect measures, its helpful to improve the social security system and weaken the binary contradictions, and useful to improve the social stability, distribution to guarantee peasant-workesrs' vital interests, help the market economy with more health and realize Common prosperity, and onduce to the market economy healthy and sustainable development.
