因为是街名,所以不加the
2.不可以加it的.
因为词句主语是the desk.而 it 在句子中一般代替主语.所以又出现一个 it,就不符合语法了.
而且 move 的宾语已经是the desk了,不能再有it.
我想你和这个弄混了吧：
It was too heavy for little Tony to move it.
这个句子中,it 是形式主语.真正的主语是 to move it（不定式做真正主语）
如果还原：For little Tony to move it was too heavy.没看到这样的句子吧.
所以要用这样的句型,it 作形式主语.
真正主语因为太长了,所以放到后面,所以要求是完整的句子.
3.not only but also若连接两个成分作主语,其谓语通常与靠近的主语保持一致.
【即就近一致原则】
也就是说,要想用它表达应该把 enjoys 改成 enjoy （和other old men一致）
因此不可以.
