是it was (high) time that/to do 的句型,意思是“现在该做什么事的时候了”是要用虚拟的,对于“现在”的虚拟是“过去”,所以都用过去时,B选项第二个是过去完成时,不对!记住这个句型都接过去时就ok拉~
