Appeal to Court of Appeal
(1)If any party is dissatisfied with a decision of the High Court on an appeal under section 31,such party may,wtih leave to appeal granted by the Court of Appeal upon application,
appeal to the Court of Appeal.
(2)The Court of Appeal may grant leave to appeal under subsection(1)if it is satisfied that a question of law of general public importance is involved.
(3)An application for leave to appeal under this section shall be--
(a)in the form specified by the Registrar of the Supreme Court,setting out the question of law;and
(b)lodged with the Registrar of the Supreme Court within--
(i)7 days after the date of the decision against which the appeal is made;or
(ii)such time as may be extended by the Registrar of the Supreme Court on good cause.
(4)A refusal by the Court of Appeal to grant leave to appeal shall be final.(Laws of Hong Kong,Cap.453:Art.33)

（1）如果任何一方对高等法院判决不服,根据第31条规定,该方可向上诉法院提出上诉申请,经上诉法院批准,可进行上诉.
（2 ）根据第（1）款,在有涉及到普遍公共重要性的法律问题时,上诉法院可给予上诉许可.
（3）根据本条款,申请上诉许可须 --
（a) 使用最高法院登记办公室指定格式,并列明相关法律；且
（b) 于以下时限提交到最高法院登记办公室--
(i) 在判决下达后7日内提交上诉
（ii) 在理由充足的情况下,最高法院登记办公室可对时限进行延长.
（4）如上诉申请被上诉法院驳回,则该决定为最终决定.
