我的观点一：在国际竞争日趋白热化的今天，越来越多的国家以人才立国为基本国策，必须培养更多对社会经济发展有贡献的合格公民，已把人才战略上升为国家重点战略。社会竞争越来越强烈，如何竞争更好的生活，是我们每个人必须要考虑的问题。接受高素质的教育，是使我们成为有坚强意志，良好的心理素质，和拥有高技能的综合性人才唯一重要的途径。
我的观点二：学校是人才培养的重要地方。要促进社会发展，必须要培养很多高能力的人才，培养人才就要办好教育，所谓“人才是国家的财富，教育是治国的根本”。多办学校，不仅能培养更多更高水平的人才，还能降低文盲率，让更多的人能够进入学校接受高质量的教育，使更多人能赋有社会经济的创造力，从而使社会贫富差距拉近。
我的观点三：国家的发展，离不开人才，人才培养和教育是一个国家发展强大的最重要因素。如何提高就业率，除了培养有高技术人才，还要培养赋有经济创造力的人才，因此才能新生更多赋有经济创造力的企业，而创造更多就业岗位，从而达到增加就业率的预期效果。只有不断诞生更多的新生命力企业，才能帮助社会经济更好，更快的发展，从而到达提高人们生活质量的目标。
