原题有误,应为：There will be less polution in the cities,is there?
polution是不可数名词,应该用little的相关形式修饰.
当陈述部分有never,seldom,hardly,few,little,barely,scarcely,nothing 等否定意义的词时,后面的反意疑问句则为肯定形式：　　There are few apples in the basket,are there?
还有就是,there be 句型的反义疑问句一定是be+there,不管它是什么变形.
关于around和round（主要是美式英语和英式英语的区别）
round可以用作形容词、副词、介词、动词、名词；而around只能用作副词或介词
1.在表示"圆形运转,回到原处","环绕","周围"时,英语用round,但美国人用around,例如:
