 基于上文提出建议成都与兰州之间建立铁路联系,本文改变矩阵中重庆与兰州由0为1,重新代入算法中得出整体集团性系数为0.41,比没变之前上升0.02,表明将铁路线在重庆和兰州之间建立对于网络的通达性是有贡献的.但是,我国铁路基础设施有很多地区都是不足的,是否合理,需要对于其他未建立的铁路线进行分析对比.基于此,本文依据前文分析所得需要加强基础设施建设的铁路线路计算出由0改变为1之后,网络整体集团性系数的改变,排序如下表5所示:
