求英语大神帮我看看这几句话怎么理解

我最不清楚的地方主要在于which makes many more applications possible due to lower costs and smaller form factors这个从句.这个lower costs and smaller form factors是针对谁的?是说applications的功耗降低了?可是applications怎么还能有尺寸?还是针对objects being located说的?看起来也说不通啊?

主要是at a rate such that the signals are in phase at magnetic north and 180\x0e° out of phase to the south不太懂,感觉就跟句式不完整还缺了点儿什么似的.还有主要就是the compass angle formed by the direct vector to the VOR station and magnetic north,to 1°\x0e.

再问: 最后那个to 1°可否理解为精确到1°?也就是说飞机指南针上的角度其实就是VOR基站和地磁正北极的夹角,可以精确到1°?
再答: 我就是这么理解的,但是更准确的话,建议还是去查一下专业的资料什么的。。
