1 takeing risks and learing new things can help people go through more,get hold to more opportunities and have a full-fledged comprehension of the world,thus making people successful(In contrast,people who do redundant jobs have less chances to expand their outlook.)
2 successful people know how to use the challenges and risks as tools to explore their inner potential.In other words,new things will inspire people to look within and find out that they can actually be better than they thought themselves could be (Unfortunately,those who decline offers to try different things and stick to their stereotype mindset will hardly be able to let themselves shine.)
3 taking risk will instill these brave,aspiring people with fresh feelings and positive attitudes,and although they might face more difficulties to struggle their way through than their repetitive counterparts ,these traiblazers will be spiritually healthy and will lead a more happy life .
4 In order to blend into the fast growing society in which new ideas and concepts mushroom everyday,people who are open-minded enough to accept these new ideas would be more adaptable and flexible.They are more likely to excel at their jobs and head on to promotion when they grasp the spirit of enterpise:unstoppable courage ,groundbreaking conception and strong willpower.
