摘要:研究了不同浓度的Mn2+处理无土培养的小白菜幼苗4天、8天、12天后,对其叶片中各项生理生化指标的影响.结果显示,随着Mn2+胁迫液浓度的升高,小白菜幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量、Pro含量和POD活性,呈现出先升后降的趋势,在低浓度时都有一定的促进作用.可溶性糖含量与Mn2+胁迫液浓度表现出正相关的关系,随着胁迫也浓度是升高,呈一直上升趋势.MDA含量呈现出先降后升的趋势,蛋白质含量与Mn2+胁迫液浓度表现出反相关的关系.在低浓度时,小白菜利用自身的防御系统进行自我保护,抵抗完结不良环境,随着胁迫也浓度的升高,胁迫时间的延长,小白菜受到的毒害程度达到了所能抵抗的极限,自身防御系统被破坏,造成毒害作用.浓度最高的实验组,在胁迫12天后,小白菜幼苗死亡.

Abstract: to study the different concentrations of Mn2 + with soilless cultivation of Chinese cabbage seedlings after 4 days, 8 days, 12 days, the laid in the influence of the physiological and biochemical indexes.Results show that with the increase of concentration of Mn2 + stress fluid, Chinese cabbage seedlings of leaf chlorophyll content, Pro content and POD activity, presents the first trend, lowered later at low concentration has a certain role in promoting.Soluble sugar content and liquid Mn2 + stress concentrations showed a positive correlation relationship, as the stress concentration is increased, also showed a trend of rising.MDA content is presented after the first drop up trend, protein content and liquid Mn2 + stress concentration showed the relevant relationship.At low concentrations, Chinese cabbage using their own defense system to self-protection, end resistance to adverse environment, with the increase of stress concentration also, stress the extension of time, the Chinese cabbage is poison to the degree that the resistance to the limit, its defense system was damaged, causing toxic.The highest concentration of the experimental group, 12 days in stress, Chinese cabbage seedlings death.
