Good morning ,ladies and gentlemen,i am honored to be here to represent my speech .Today ,my topic is :if i were a kindergarten teacher.
When it comes to teacher ,people will say ,such a good job .Actually ,teacher could be divided into many parts ,such as university teacher ,primary school teacher.Obviously ,different teachers in different grades need different knowledge and method to teach students.Therefore,what should a kindergarten teacher do
As for me ,if i were a kindergarten teacher,the first thing i need to de is to be patient.As we all know ,children in kindergarten are childlish and little ,which means it is impossible to persuade with principles or rules.It may even cause a headache for they are crying just because of some trivial matters sometimes.At that time ,i am not expected to lesson them but should to comfort them like a mother.
After class ,i am sure to think about some funny games which could be used in my class.Here is another big difference between a kindergarten teacher and a middle high school student.Cause that is almost impossible to let a kindergarten kid just sit there and finish the paper.i should have the responsibility to inspire them and lead them to touch the knowledge instead of pushing them at the beginning of life.
All in all ,if i want to be a kindergarten teacher,there is still a long way to go .i need to learn how to get along well with choldren and how to inspire kids in a smarter way .Although ,as the famous saying goes,Rome wasn't built in one day ,everytihng should be put into action step by step .i believe ,where there is will ,there is a way .
