一个定语从句语法问题.
在非限制定语从句中,什么时候用of which,one of which ,some of which ,名词+of which,many of?
比如:His father is an advanced worker,which makes him very proud.
Our country has many islands,of which Taiwan is the biggest.
The book,the cover of which is broken,is not mine.
我怎么才能知道用哪个形式?比如第3句,我可能想不到在which前面加of,要我写的话,我就直接用which了,是有什么关系还是语法?什么时候+of?

其实也很简单,关系代词which一定是指代前面的某个先行词对吧?那么,你把先行词还原到代词的位置就知道用哪个介词了.
比如Our country has many islands,of which Taiwan is the biggest.把先行词还原到从句中就是：Taiwan is the biggest of many islands,当然就用of了.
再比如第三句中,还原后就是：the cover of the book is broken.你总不能说the cover with/on/...of the book吧,所以就只能用of了.
再比如：He has to sons,both of whom are teachers.
还原后从句就是：both of the sons are teachers.用whom代替了the sons.
比如Our country has many islands,of which Taiwan is the biggest.把先行词还原到从句中就是：Taiwan is the biggest of many islands,当然就用of了.
再比如第三句中,还原后就是：the cover of the book is broken.你总不能说the cover with/on/...of the book吧,所以就只能用of了.
