随着时代的发展，社会的进步，大众审美水平的提高，人们对建筑空间提出更多更新的要求，设计师也面临新的挑战。近年来，随着电脑的普及，精美逼真的电脑效果图开始占据市场，国内外不少建筑设计师认为电脑设计终将取代手绘，全新的视觉训练方式将取代传统的美术训练。但长期的设计实践经验告诉我们：手绘草图在表达设计构思、捕捉瞬间灵感时有着电脑无可比拟的优势。一名设计师设计审美能力的提高更是离不开长期的艺术积累，而艺术积累的最佳手段就是草图训练。
建筑草图，设计草图的产生，发展，完全是出于设计本身的需要。建筑和设计需要美术手段来表达设计师的意图，人们的鉴赏能力也需要美术训练来提高。绘画与设计，历来不可分割，在设计工作中，徒手画作为搜集资料，表达设计构思的重要手段，更是设计师必备的技能。
本文正是基于这种现状而针对该问题进行的专题研究,调查研究现今建筑设计行业中，手绘效果图与电脑效果图的优态劣胜比拟，分析其今后的发展趋势，最后针对该趋势分析出相应的解决措施，从而达到两者间的互补融合。

With the development and social progress,the public aesthetic level increases,people have put forward more updated building space requirements,designers face new challenges.In recent years,with the popularity of computers,fine-realistic computer renderings begin to occupy the market,many foreign architects that designed the computer will eventually replace the hand-painted,new training methods to replace traditional visual art training.However,the design of long-term practical experience tells us that:hand-drawn sketches in the expression of design ideas,capturing moments of inspiration when the computer has an unparalleled advantage.Design of a designer aesthetic capabilities is even more indispensable art of long-term accumulation,the accumulation of art is to draft the best means of training.
Architectural sketches,production design sketches,development,entirely out of the needs of the design itself.Art architecture and design tools needed to express the intention of designers,people's appreciation of fine arts training also needs to improve.Painting and design,has always been integral in the design work,hand painting as a collection of information,an important means of expression of design ideas,it is an essential skill for designers.
This article is based on the status quo and against the issue of special study,research industry,today's architectural design,hand-drawn renderings and computer renderings of the excellent state of weak defeating the analogy,analysis of its future development trend,the last against the trend analysis corresponding solutions to achieve the integration between the two complement each other.
