1.The unit of measurement in this contract is metric tons of weight (MTW).Months are calendar months according to the Gregorian calendar.
2.Quantity of each shipment is in MTW (+/-5%) as per Delivery Schedule.The shipping tolerance shall be (+/-5%).to be delivered CIF FREE OUT One Safe Port One Safe Berth.The respective shipments shall have 5% more or less at ship owner’s option.
3.The total quantity of BRAZILIAN IRON ORE FINES SINTER FEED Fe 64.50% One Safe Berth,One SAFE BERTH.Should the buyer require discharging the goods at two berths in the same port,the fee and charges and laytime for the shifting between two berths shall be at Buyer’s cost and expenses.
4.The goods will be delivered over 12 (Twelve) +3 (Three) (per 1 year in case of delays) calendar months hereto.
5.The quantity of goods will be confirmed on a certificate issued by the independent international survey company "SGS (Societe General de Surveillance)" or equivalent at Seller’s option,at Seller’s option at the port of loadng at sellers expense.Other quantity and or quality inspections at the port of unloading shall be at the buyer’s cost and expense.
6.Weight franchise of +/- 5% shall be allowed against Bill of Lading weight.In case short/over weight exceeds +/- 5% the Seller/Buyer shall compensate Buyer/Seller for the amount excluding the franchise on the basis of contracted price.The shipment shall have only 5%more or less at ship owner’s option.This plus minus 5% tolerance shall be against the total tonnage vs.
