We had a discussion about whether the students should take physical exercise.
Most of the students think that we should do exercise every day. But we should not do exercise for a long time. Doing exercises properly can make our body healthy and reduce our illness. More importantly, exercise can make us feel relaxed, which makes us study more efficiently.
