2.B/L由于指定了货代,你最好和货代沟通一下能否按照信用证规定出具B/L,一般来说是没有问题的.
3.inspection certificate 这个基本上算是个软条款,好在不作为交单文件.如果是客人方面出验货报告,而且他们认为你们货物有问题或者报告不及时,那你就出不了货,给不了报告.此点最好与你客户及咨询你的通知行.
4.最后一条：你需要再次咨询客户指定的货代：开船之后几天可以给你提单?通常是开船当天就可以出提单,那你们就支付给货代费用要及时,尽快拿到正本提单.个人认为从货代出提单到你寄出去,3天时间是比较短的.比如船是晚上开的,在你们已经付款（通常货代要求到帐才放单）的条件下,那最快你第二天下午才能拿到提单（如果是快递,那快递公司是否能在当天送达?),然后即刻叫DHL快递.中间如果任何一方有延误,或者投递不及时,你就不能within 3 days 完成.
