减肥是用lose weight还是用reduce weight还些?我的想法对吗?
我的想法是如下
如果说是,我正在健身去减肥,强调一点点的去减肥的幸苦过程,应该用 to reduce sb's weight~好一些~lose weight感觉比较强调结果.再就是 "介词+reduce sb's weight"用在lose weight上面是不是不太好?
请大家说明一下两者的区别跟何时用起来好一些,

As personal thought.I think "lose weight"is more colloquial.Maybe "I am losing my weight recently" could settle your situation.
