这是个过去式,且有过去持续发生的行为（在床上休息了三天）,所以应该用过去完成时,用了过去完成时,就不能用when搭配.when指的是事情发生的那一瞬间,有其他事情发生,且其他事情发生应该用进行时,即当（when）.发生时,.正在发生;如果when后接的持续性状态语句,则后半句同为同样时态的持续性语句,所以要注意动词的搭配,是否是短暂性动词,还是持续性动词.还有,all一般不单独与名字搭配,必须是词组,比如all of、all the 等
例如：I saw the people was hitting by the car,when I walk through the street.
当我从街边穿过时,我刚好看到这个人被撞；
I Liked fishing when I was young.
小的时候,我喜欢钓鱼.
