Article 26[Resolution of Dispute]
In the event that there is any discord in interpretation or any dispute arises between the two parties with regard to this contract,in principle it shall be resolved upon mutual discussion; however,if such dispute is not resolved upon mutual discussion,it shall be resolved pursuant to the arbitration procedures and rules of the International Economy Trade Committee of the People’s Republic of China located in Beijing,China.The parties to this contract each have the right to appoint an arbitration member,and the chairman shall follow the decision of the Committee.Such arbitration judgment is binding and final for the parties in question.The arbitration procedures shall be proceeded in English and be subject to the procedures and rules of the Committee.
Article 27[Separation and Change of the Contract]
In the event that this contract becomes invalid or becomes impracticable to be executed by a court or law or any other organization,such invalidity or impracticable execution shall remain valid without affecting any other provision.In the event that any party in question tries to change or alter the contents of this contract,it shall be valid only with the written agreement of both parties to this contract.

第26条[解决争端]
在这一事件有任何不和谐的解释或任何纠纷双方之间就本合同的,原则上应解决相互讨论;但是,如果这种争端不解决,经双方讨论后,它应解决按照仲裁程序和规则,国际经济贸易委员会副主任,中华人民共和国设在中国北京.当事人对这个合同都有权任命一名仲裁员和主席应遵照委员会决定.这种仲裁裁决具有约束力,并且最终为各方质疑.仲裁程序应进行英语,并须经程序和规则委员会.
第二十七条[分类和改变合同]
在发生这成为合同无效或者变得不可行被处死,由法院或法律或任何其它组织,这种无效或不可行的执行应保持有效的,而不影响其他任何条款.在万一任何一方有问题,以试图改变或更改内容本合同,应视为无效,只有书面协议双方同意本合同.
