I'm on my journey to improve my translating skills.Recent days,I've been reading related theories and practicing translations between Chinese and English everyday,which help a lot.However,I still feel that it's much more difficult to translate Chinese into English.So,do you have any suggestions or any books recommended?
There is another thing I want you to help me.One of my friends asked me to help her translate part of an economic thesis.I took it as exercises.Usually when I'm doing translations on the books,I have reference translations to help me improve.This time,I want to your advice.The attachment is my work.And I know it is important to read the full version of an article when translating,so the PDF is for your reference.

这是写给老师的一封邮件,回复说 slovenly and careless,full of language slips.我承认,写得比较随意,但应该也没有语法错误的.求高手指教应该怎么写呢?language slips在哪儿呢?若能提供一些提高英语写作的方法就更好了

中国人说话一般都不客气,但我们学英语久了,就会慢慢尝试用英国人客气的方式表达.你信中虽说有语法错误,但这并不是主要问题.主要问题是你说话不够客气.我这个外人读的时候心里都非常不舒服,更何况是老师呢?没关系,慢慢来,我们都是这么过来的.

再答： take your time 是大人对小孩，长者对年轻人，领导对下属的说话语气。可以改成： I know you are very busy. I can wait.
