（1）根据业主和规范要求进行建筑方案设计.
（2）进行结构设计,剪力墙布置上下贯通,剪力墙布置均匀落地.各构件受力明确,以结构安全、经济合理、施工方便为原则.
（3）结构荷载计算时对楼面活载,恒载,水平风荷载及地震荷载进行了统计和内力组合.对荷载最不利组合进行了强度,刚度,稳定性验算.
（4）住宅地下室采用框架结构,对大跨度梁弯矩,配筋,剪力等进行计算.
（5）楼梯采用钢筋混凝土板式楼梯,对平台板,梯段板,梯梁进行了计算.
