本文首先采用文献资料法,通过查阅与课题相关的文献资料来获得材料和相关的信息.其次采用比较研究法,比较国内外文献资料中对全面预算管理的分析的共性和个性,分析其存在的问题并提出解决对策.接着采用实证分析法,通过对常州食品有限公司的分析,在实践中充分理解全面预算管理的重要性.最后采用图表分析法,通过各图表来更加直观清晰的分析公司全面预算管理的方案,并提出了解决问题的对策.
