有几种做法:

Boil a large pot of water with a couple of shakes of salt added. When the water is at a rolling boil, with a lot of bubbles, add the noodles. Follow the directions on the package to see how long to cook. If you are missing the directions, I would remove one noodle with a slotted spoon, run under cold water and taste to see if done. If not done, repeat this every minute or so until they taste cooked. When they are cooked, pour into a strainer to remove the water.

Cooking wheat noodles. Add dried noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook for the length of time recommended on the packet (usually around 5 minutes). We recommend that you don't use the instant ramen type of noodles as these usually contain large amounts of palm oil—a highly saturated fat. To prepare packaged pre-cooked noodles, simply soak them in hot water for a few minutes to soften and separate before using.
Preparing rice noodles and bean thread noodles. Place noodles in a large bowl and pour boiling water over them to cover. Leave to soak for about 5 minutes until noodles soften and separate when stirred. The thicker rice stick noodles need longer soaking—around 10 minutes.

Bring the water to a boil in the cooking pot.
Add the stock cube or salt if desired.
Make sure the stock cube is completely dissolved before adding the noodles.
Add the noodles and turn the heat to low or off.
This is different for different kinds of noodles. Some just need to be soaked, others require simmering. Check the package of the noodles to be sure.
Let the noodles simmer or soak for the required number of minutes.
This varies too. Follow directions on the package.
Drain off the fluids in a strainer.
The noodles are ready for further preparation.
Tips.The flavour of the stock depends on the ingredients you wish to add later. Choose chicken if you want to add chicken, beef if you want to add meat etc.
Save the stock for soups and sauces by draining it into a pan.

Decide on the type of noodles you are going to use. This can really be any Asian noodle you like. Egg or wheat noodles are great and fresh noodles are even better. You can find a whole variety of Asian noodles at an Asian market or in the Asian section of your local grocery store.
Boil water in a large pan and cook the noodles according to the directions in the package. Err on the side of undercooked since they will be stir-fried later. When they come out of the pot, rinse them with cold water to keep them from sticking together.
Prepare the curry paste and stir-fry the rest of the ingredients you are adding to the curry. Then, add the noodles in and stir them in the curry paste so they soak up the flavors.
Taste the noodles. If they are not salty enough, add soy or fish sauce. Too salty? Add some lime juice or sugar. Take the wok off the heat and serve.
