Presidengt obama says :"we are running out of the traditional ammunition that is used in a recession .which is to lower interest rates .they are getting to be as low as they can go .

我的问题是they are getting to be as low as they can go中的they can go 是什么玩意啊?能在专门举出例句来吗?意为“他们出发?”晕了!
