这里的talk to做什么成分?状语还什么的?
为什么出现了to和by两个介词?

The picture is wonderful. 是主要句子成分,这幅照片挺不错的
of the children 是定语,做picture 的定语那张小孩子的照片

being talked to by mother 做the children 的定语,与我母亲交谈的
这句用了被动形式,
主动形式应该是My mother is talking to the children.
变成被动语态为: the children is being talked to by my mother.
再问： being talk to是非谓语吗
