近年来,随着人民的生活水平的不断提高,餐饮业的消费持续增长,竞争愈来愈激烈.然而,传统餐饮企业的日常运作还是靠人工管理,从原材料入库到客人点单,再到结账基本上由人工完成记录,这样做不仅耗费人力资源而且容易导致记录丢失或重复等错误,造成管理水平低下.作为传统的餐饮企业更是存在这些问题,进货,库存有人工管理,客人点单需服务员记录并送至厨房,客人结账由手工记录,人力耗费大,客人等待时间长,管理效率低下,这就迫切需要标准的、高效率的计算机管理方式引导其发展,通过计算机管理企业的日常运作,给管理者以决策参考的模型,来不断完善管理水平,提高工作效率.[1]
\x05本系统运用了Microsoft Visual Studio 2008作为开发平台,Microsoft SQL Server2000为后台数据库,以C#为前端开发工具,系统实现了管理员和前台员工的登录服务、桌台信息的查询、开台信息、点菜、收银、桌台信息管理、员工管理、菜单维护和消费查询等功能.系统涵盖了点餐服务的主要内容,设计新颖,功能齐全,界面友好,操作方便,实现了餐饮管理的信息化.本系统属于小型餐饮系统,适用于咖啡店、烧烤店或小型饭店和酒店等,具有良好的独立性.

In recent years, with the growth in living standard, the expense in catering industry continuse increasing, and the competition is getting more and more fierce. However, traditional catering enterprises' daily operation sitll depends on manual administration. From buying to ordering and then paying , all these procedures are finished by men. It not only causes waste of human resourse but also make mistakes or loses records easily, and as a result, the manamgement level is rather low. These problems are more obvious and serious in traditional catering enterprises. They have people to manage the material and inventory. Attendants take order and send it to the kitchen. Customers paying is recorded by men. Hence, it wastes time and effort and what's more, cutomers have to wait for a long time. That's why the management level and efficiency are low. Therefore,it is extremely necessary to have a standard and efficient computer management to promote enterprises's development , provide manager an example for reference or decision, perfect the level of management and work more efficiently.
The system used Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as development platform andMicrosoft SQL Server2000 as data base. Also, we used c# as developing tools. The systme can be applied in many aspects such as logging sevice of managers and front desk staff, checking of table booking, ordering,paying, staff management, menu maintenance, comsumption checking and so on. It almost covers all the service in catering business. Charaterized by newness and wide appliance, it made IT management in caterin business possible. It can be used in small catering business, like cofffee shops and barbeque shops or small inns and restaurants.
