这是不是宾语从句?那is为什么不用过去式呢?

是宾语从句但是当宾语从句里陈述的是客观事实的时候动词不必和前面的时态一致所以加拿大是个好地方这句话是个客观事实并不随着说话的时间不同而改变所以is不用过去式
经典的例子就是teacher said that the moon goes around the earth 因为月亮它就是绕着地球转的是客观事实所以时态不变
