To speed up our country's enterprises informatization, last year, the State Economic and Trade Commission, the Ministry of Information Industry, the Ministry of Science and Technology worked together and unveiled the Project for Enterprises Informatization, which is expected to raise the average level of enterprises informatization, companies and the nation's competitiveness.
In essence, enterprises informatization refers that a company's production processes, material mobilization, dealing with business activities, cash flows and interaction with clients are all transformed into digital information, which later will be analyzed by all kinds of information system networks to become new information. In that way, people at all levels can observe information closely from dynamic market activities, so that decisions could be made which are helpful to optimize the combination of production factors and allocate resources rationally. And that can enable a company to adapt itself to changing competitive market to gain the maximum economic benefits.
