One year ago,we visit your Factory and started a negotiation with the aim to reach an agreement for the purchase of your cable
Unfortunately when we submitted to a quality and performances test your samples they always failed and we don’t know if this depends on the corrugation of your cable,on the different type of connectors we and you use on the differenr welding system etc.
In conclusion,the topic matter is that we both do not succeed to establish from where the problem comes out but,as a matter of fact,until now we aren’t sure if we can purchase in China or not the cable.
Because we have nerver lost the hope to co-operate with you,we have decided to send you a new sample of the cable we use daily and that do not give us absolutely any problem.
Please have a look and test it to establish if the performances of your cable are the same than ours.For your guidance,we join also a sheet with the technical features our cable must reach.
In case of further differences or misunderstandings we thing that the only solution and the nest step,if you really want to enter in the European market,should be the visit to our Laboratories of one of your Technicians.We can put at his disposition all the equipments,materials,instruments etc.for testing as per our standards.
We wait for your reply after receiving and test of the sampling and meantime we send you our Best Regard.
