Today I took to the podium,to monitor the election to the post.
First of all,I am confident that a good monitor,my academic performance is not bad,there arecertain prestige and influence,in a collective,secondly,I have the ability,management class to be responsible,if I can when on the monitor,then I will bear hardship without complaint,be strict with oneself,to manage the good class and grade,improve students' learning achievement,letour class to become a leader in the whole grade.
Although I only half of the monitor,but I have a good understanding of our collective.Our XXclass is a good group.In the final exams last semester,our class won the XX of the subject isthe first grade,this shows,we have the ability,we did not learn bad.So it is in other disciplines,as long as we work hard,can also win.From the final exam,we all weaknesses are XX and XX,therefore,after clear our shortcomings,we should learn from each other,by compensating,goback in time to remember,do careful preparation before class,listen to the teacher carefully in class,after careful review.
During my management,I would urge everyone to learn,and will discipline management classes.I will take the initiative to have mobilized,so that each class to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,make oneself an example,form the management advantages,but also in the fellowship with the "rule of law" class,the most widely for all the opinions of the students,on the basis of making overall planning class work; and strictly according to plan fine.
