A recent survey shows that nearly 30% of the students in our school do not have breakfast. Some students say they always study too late and they want to speep more in the morning. Parents are always busy and they don't prepare meal in the morning. They only give their children some money to let me deal with it. As for girlstudents they don't eat breakfast because they want to keep fit. It's not good for people who don't eat breakfast because they may want to sleep in class. It's also bad for their attention and they may not get good grades.
Breakfast is always neccesary and inportant because it offers 30% energy we needed a whole day and it is helpful to improve our study efficiency. So everybody should have a good habit of eating breakfast.
