[摘要] 金融是现代经济的核心,金融监管的稳健发展可以促进金融业以及整个经济的健康发展；反之则会制约它们的发展.无论是金融监管的理论发展还是实践的演进都凸显出金融监管的必要性.我国金融监管体系建立后,虽然取得了明显的成就,但面对金融国际一体化大潮和国内混业经营发展趋势,我国目前的金融监管体系在监管主体、监管客体、监管方式和监管环境等方面仍存在诸多问题,严重影响了我国金融秩序的稳定和国民经济的健康发展.因此,必须通过建立健全监管主体系统,建立严于自律的监管客体系统,建立全程及时的监管系统以及完善监管方式,构建和谐的金融监管环境等途径完善我国金融监管体系.
