My Health Plan
My name is Mike,during my summer vacation I went to visit mount tai,where the scenery is very beautiful,I feel very happy,and I also ate a lot of delicious food.I pay attention to my body health,so I decided to do a health plan.I'm going to exercise three to five times a week,and adhere to don't eat junk food,I also intend to computer use only 2 times a week,because of the Internet is bad for my eyes,I plan to go to the dentist often,to keep my body health,I hope my plan can be achieved.
