题目是这样的：假如你是Gina的笔友Alice,她给你的来信中加到自己遇到的一些问题,需要你帮助.她是个害羞的女孩,因此与同学们相处得并不好,但她希望和同学们做朋友.请你给Gina回信,给她一些建议：
1.要自信（self-confident）.因为如果不自信,你就会害羞,你就不敢与同学谈话.
2.如果有同学需要帮助,你要尽力帮助他们.
