no ,it isn;t.不用说了吧?就是一般疑问句的否定回答
as it is = 实际上；副词as it is:
1.in the actual state of affairs and often contrary to expectations
例句与用法:
1.I hope things would get better,but as it is they are getting worse.我希望情况会好转,但实际上是越来越糟.
2.I have to leave it as it is.=我只好随它去了.
3.He isn't nice.As it is,he is bad.= 他不好.事实上,他很坏.
