本文在给定矿山具体资料的基础上,设计了与其相对应的开拓系统、井底车场和采矿方法,并标出主井、副井、风井的具体位置,同时作出相应cad图,附在说明书中,最后进行模型的制作,依据原有的采煤模型,取其精华,去其糟糠,再加入自己的思路、想象,在模型制作书籍和老师的指导下,制作出属于自己的铁矿山开采模型.
地下采矿三维仿真模型的制作方法,属于矿山三维模型的制作,它采用模块式三维结构,将某一特定矿山的地形、地貌、地质构造、各生产系统做成相应的模块,并有机地组合成立体模型,选用透明、半透明、非透明的方式,采取水平式、铅垂式、倾斜式、局部掏空式的形式,按照一定比例做成相应三维模块,采用上下揭盖式、水平对接式、斜面搭接式、局部移出式的方法,将各功能模块有机组成一整体模型.
模型能够全面、直观、清晰、准确地反映井田范围内的地形、地貌、地质构造,井上、井下各生产系统的相互关系及空间相对位置,其研究具有深远的意义.
