我觉得传统食物有些也是有害健康的，好像腊肠，腊肉，腌菜，皮蛋，不过传统的力量太大了。100年以后快餐也会成为传统的，所以这个题目出的很没道理。

我这里写的fast food 是传统意义上的fast food,是指麦当劳肯德基之类的快餐,不包括中餐的快餐哦（如真功夫那种）.
而conventional food是指中国的传统菜式.
想了很久,只能想到这么几点了……思维定式啊!
Advantage of fast food:
1.Prepared in advance,therefore it can save time
2.Standard food quality,including the food material,food processing,etc.
3.Comparatively clean environment in the restaurant.
4.Strong taste is more attracting to the young generation.
Disadvantage of fast food:
1.High quantity of heat and fat
2.Nutrition is not balanced
3.The recipe is no good for health (such as fried chicken,easily cause cancer)
Advantage of conventional food:
1.Balance nutrition (such as combine meat with vegetable)
2.Conventional food represents the culture
3.For family reunion,conventional food is more suitable.The family spends time on selecting food and arranging the table for your visual appeal.It makes other members feel warm.
Disadvantage of conventional food:
1.Time-consuming to prepare
2.Too many choices and people have different favorite.Hard to meet all demands.
3.Tough requirement on the quality of food (such as freshness,select the food according to the dish,e.g.which part of pork)

你说得很对,腌制食品对人健康也不是很有好处.但是相比而言,我觉得偶尔吃一点腌制食品不会害处很大,但是吃一次炸鸡汉堡,痘痘可能马上飙长!我就是这样的例子……所以个人而言……我还是偏向传统食品啦.我曾经因为工作需要连续三天吃麦当劳,很腻很恶心……呵呵.
