A和B的区别就是A多了一个still,不明白为什么不选A

still是个比较“特殊”的副词,是用来加强语气的,在句子中的位置有以下两条规：
A:在行为动词作谓语的否定式过去时及否定式的现在完成时中,still应置于整个谓语之前.例如：
He still didn't get up.
They still haven't finished their work.
B.如谓语动词是be,still放在be之后.但如还想要加重语气的话,still就要放在be之前.这时系动词be (各种时态中的人称变化)要重读.例如：
He still is in bed.他还躺在床上.
still一般用于否定式的现在完成时中,A句是肯定句,所以不可以.
C项是行为动词作谓语,肯定式也不能用still.
