COSTS:CJL will charge 5% and receive some compensation from our correspondent.The correspondent will earn a spread between the borrowing rate and the rate that the institutions require which they will share with CJL.
我翻译的是：
收费：CJL公司会收取5%的费用,并从我们的代理商行手中收取部分报酬.代理商行会从机构与CJL共享的利率和借款利率中赚取价差.
但是现在我跟我同事有一点争议,就是这个“receive from”到底是“从……收取”还是“通过……收取”的意思,至少我在有道词典上查是没有“通过收取”这个意思.
另外第二句话的“share with”,除了共享之外还有其他更好的翻译吗?
