基于Nafion分散石墨烯液相体系的透明导电薄膜
石墨烯是最近发现的一种具有理想二维平面结构的碳纳米材料,它的特殊单原子层结构使其具有许多独特的物理化学性质.石墨烯透明导电薄膜因其透光性与导电性被广泛应用于各大领域.本文通过对石墨烯及石墨烯透明导电薄膜的制备及应用做出的简述,对其的应用前景做出了展望.
利用Nafion分散剂制备石墨烯透明导电薄膜,并对制备出的薄膜分别进行酸处理、真空退火处理、空气退火处理以及酸处理+空气退火处理处理.通过对不同处理情况下的薄膜性能进行透光率和导电性的测试表征,得出本方法下制得的石墨烯透明导电薄膜的性能.

Based on the Nafion scattered graphite surfaces liquid system transparent conductive film
Graphite surfaces is a kind of ideal carbon nanotube material which has a planar structure and was discoved recently. The special single atomic layer structure makes it has many special physical and chemical properties.Graphite surfaces for its transparent conductive film pervious to light quality and conductivity is widely used in various fields. The preparation and application of graphite surfaces and graphite surfaces transparent conductive film is overviewed briefly in the paper, and also the application prospect is involved.
Using the Nafion dispersant preparation graphite surfaces, and transparent conductive film respectively the film was made from acid treatment, vacuum annealing treatment, and air annealing processing and acid treatment + air annealing processing.
According to the different processing cases film properties of light transmittance and conductivity test, it is concluded that this method characterized under preparation of graphite surfaces transparent conductive film performance.
