Views of the development of international law in the aspect of its subject
Abstract: International law is formed by means of the interactions among countries. It has to adjust itself for the needs of international relationships and, simultaneously, also needs continuous modification and improvement along with the change of international relationship. In the history of the international law development, its subject also undergoes all kinds improvement and changes. Especially after the World War Two, there was significant change in the international relationship, and international organization and national liberation become to play the important role in the worldwide society. The modification of the international law's subject turns to be an influential factor to hugely motivate the development of the international law. It will generate some positive influence of better knowing and understanding the international law by researching the meaning of the subject's changes.
