随着经济的飞速发展和人口的急剧增加,环境污染尤其是水污染已成为世界各国面临的主要问题之一.我国水污染化学研究始于70年代,目前研究的重点是有机污染物,特别是难降解的有机物,其在环境中的存留期长,且容易沿食物链传递,威胁生物生长和人的健康,因而日益受到人们的重视.苯酚和苯胺是水体中毒性较大的两种物质,国家环保局已将其列为环境监测的重要项目.本文研究了通过控制溶液的酸度,采用荧光光度法实现对环境水中苯酚和苯胺含量的同时测定,并讨论了共存物质的干扰情况.条件实验表明,室温下,在pH＝6.86的磷酸氢二钠—磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液中,分别在波长λex/λem＝270/298nm和λex/λem＝280/340nm处,对苯酚和苯胺进行测定,其线性范围分别为0.5—3.0ug/mL和0.5—3.0ug/mL,检出限分别为4.0ng/mL 和4.3ng/mL.将其用于青岛栈桥海水、城阳污水、青岛农业大学虹子湖水及自来水中苯酚和苯胺的同时测定,取得了满意的效果.
